February 28th is International Rare Disease Day and also our One Year Anniversary. In celebration of both, we have a global awareness project planned. We hope to continue the success of World Idic15 Day in reaching our medical community by expanding our awareness globally to the communities we all live. To do that, we are launching our "SEA to SKY" . We will be releasing Purple and Green balloons with information and messages in a bottle through various locations across Canada and throughout the World. Currently we have participants committed from Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, South Africa, England, Scotland and the USA. If you would like to be a part of this project and do a balloon or bottle release (or both), please contact us via email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , FB us or Twitter: @idic15canada. We will send you your promo pack. Please help us spread awareness, understanding and education about Chromosome 15q11.2-13.1 Duplication Syndrome from SEA to SKY
